The Max logo combines the HBO bullseye and Warner Bros. curves to create a modern yet timeless design that honours over 150 years of entertainment history. The lowercase letterforms add warmth and approachability while maintaining unity. The logo is designed to be legible everywhere and is a signature of the brand’s commitment to storytelling.

The bespoke typeface was developed in partnership with F37. With pure geometric forms and curves that reference the Max logo, the typeface ensures a unified brand. Max Sans is approachable, warm, and adaptable to any content with a range of weights. It’s also highly accessible with extensive language support, ranging from premium and cinematic to loud and expressive.
Warner Bros. Discovery unveils super-streamer ‘Max’.
CEO David Zaslav unveils Max, the high-stakes super-streamer that brings together some of the company's most iconic brands under one roof. During his announcement, Zaslav teased a more personalised product experience and revealed some of the Max Originals coming to the service. These include DC's The Penguin, a spinoff of The Big Bang Theory, and a fresh take on The Conjuring. Zaslav also highlighted the company's ownership of popular franchises like Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Game of Thrones, The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Sesame Street, and Looney Tunes.
